Shipping
Expedited shipping is available upon request
Shipping will be via USPS.
Jewelry Orders are shipped when completed, pending upon orders received.
If Clothing is out of stock, please email Luke@rcoshop.com to be notified when items are restocked.
If ordered and inventory runs out, you will have a 2-6 week wait for items to be shipped.
Jewelry
Brass
An alloy made up of copper and iron. Copper will sometimes react with our skin’s oils and sweat and turn the skin green. Our jewelry is coated to try to prevent this. To maintain your jewelry’s shine, routinely wipe it with the polishing cloth included in your order.
Gold
While naturally tarnish resistant, gold pieces can lose their luster over time. To maintain your jewelry’s shine, routinely wipe it with the polishing cloth included in your order.
Care Tips
Soak your jewelry in warm water with a small amount of diluted dish soap, using a soft-bristle baby toothbrush to gently remove any dirt. After cleaning, dry your jewelry completely by patting it with paper towels. Please do not use any abrasive cleaners. Some at-home jewelry cleaners, steamers or ultrasonic machines can also do more harm than good.
Sizing
Bracelets
Using a piece of string, wrap it around your wrist. Cut the string to length and measure. Another method is to take a soft or tailor tape measure, and wrap it around your wrist to get your circumference.
Rings
You can go into any jewelry store and ask to get the finger measured. There are also tools you can buy to measure your fingers.

Returns & Exchanges
Jewelry
All jewelry sales are final as they are made custom per order, unless product is defective.
To avoid jewelry resizing please make sure your measurements are accurate. A $25 fee will be applied for any resizing.
Clothing
All unworn Clothing needs to be exchanged within 10 days of receiving product. Please contact us at luke@rcoshop.com to begin the process.
